We recently utilized Hillside Rentals LLC for our son's birthday celebration, marking our initial experience with the company. From our initial interaction, Richard demonstrated exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and patience, consistently keeping us informed regarding our rental order. The delivery was punctual, and the inflatable bouncer proved to be very stable. The delivery, setup, and dismantling services were executed with remarkable professionalism and courtesy by the team. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with their service and unequivocally intend to rent from this company again. We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team.

We have used Hillside Rentals twice now for school events, and both experiences have been absolutely amazing! Their team is always professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. Everything was set up perfectly and made our events run so smoothly. It’s such a relief working with a company that is reliable, organized, and truly cares about their customers. Hillside Rental was prompt, kind, and responsive. Within 5 minutes of inquiring about a bouncy house rental on Thursday I had it scheduled and paid for the coming Saturday morning. The bouncy house still looked brand new and it was very obvious that they take pride in their work and attention to detail. Thank you, Hillside Rental!!
