Hello! Our names are Richard and Brooke Hill. We have 4 kids and are looking to grow with and support our community in a way that bring smiles to other families. We are new to this business but not new to the community! Together my wife and I have over 35 years experience with customer service and helping our communities! We look forward to serving our local community and the close surrounding areas!

  • What do our prices include?
    - Our prices include the setup, delivery and pick up** - Tax is not included in the base price **With raising gas prices we may require a delivery fee to some areas
  • How far in advanced should I book?
    - You can book as early as you would like, we just require a 30% non-refundable deposit to hold inflatable
  • Do you clean and sanitize your unit?
    - Yes! We sanitize before and after each use
  • What form of payment do you take?
    -We only accept credit/debit cards
  • When is my remaining balance due?
    - 2 days prior to the event
  • What surface do you set up on?
    - We can set up on grass or concrete. When setting up on concrete we have to use sandbags to anchor the unit
  • Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damage in any way?
    - If damage occurs due to a failure of following our safety rules then, yes you are
  • When do you set up?
    - All rental are an all day rental, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. May deliver the night before, depending on the schedule. - If you want it all on Saturday and Sunday, we will deliver Friday night and pick up Sunday night!
